Comparison emissions from inland shipping, rail and road transport – A Panteia report

Panteia, a Dutch consultancy firm made a emissions comparison study on behalf of the Dutch government whereby they compare emissions for truck, inland waterways and rail transports within the Netherlands while making emissions projections for 2027-2035 and 2050.

The emissions calculations are split up by

• CO2 emissions
• NOx emissions
• PM – Particulate Matter
